Current turnaround

Each CraftyBabs piece is handmade to order, so please check the current turnaround time before placing your order.

Most personalised items are carefully shaped, finished and checked before being packed. Because each piece is made by hand, turnaround times may vary during busy periods such as teacher gift season, Christmas and market weeks.

Please remember: turnaround time is the time needed to make your order. Delivery time starts after your order has been dispatched.

Delivery

Orders are posted within the UK. Delivery options and prices are shown at checkout.

Once your order has been made and dispatched, you’ll receive confirmation. Delivery times are separate from the making time, so please allow enough time if you need your order for a birthday, baby shower, teacher gift or special occasion.

Payment

Payments are taken securely through Shopify checkout. Available payment options will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Need it for a certain date?

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact me before ordering and I’ll let you know whether it is possible. I’ll always be honest about timing, as I would rather be clear than promise something I may not be able to make and send in time.
