Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with CraftyBabs. Each item is handmade to order, and many products are personalised or custom-made.

Personalised and custom-made items

Personalised or custom-made items cannot usually be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, faulty, or there has been an error with your order.

This includes items made with a chosen name, word, phrase, colour, wording, date, or other personalised detail.

Please check all spellings, names, dates, colour choices and personalisation details carefully before placing your order. Your item will be made using the details provided at checkout.

Non-personalised items

If your item is not personalised or custom-made, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order if you would like to return it.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact me as soon as possible at hello@craftybabs.co.uk.

Please include:
- your order number
- a short description of the issue
- clear photos of the item and packaging

I will review the issue and arrange a suitable solution, such as a replacement, repair or refund where appropriate.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact me as soon as possible.

If I have not started making your personalised or custom item yet, I may be able to cancel and refund the order.

If making has already started, cancellation may not be possible because the item is being made specifically for you.

Refunds

If a refund is agreed, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
