Shipping policy

All CraftyBabs items are handmade to order.

Current turnaround time: 5–7 working days before dispatch.

This means your item will be handmade first, then posted after it is ready. Delivery time starts after dispatch.

UK delivery

UK Standard Delivery: £3.90

Orders are posted using a suitable UK postal service, usually Royal Mail or a similar tracked/standard service depending on the parcel size and order.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch is usually 2–4 working days, but this may vary during busy periods, bank holidays or postal delays.

Delivery address

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. CraftyBabs cannot be responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Need it for a specific date?

If you need your order for a specific date, please contact me before ordering and I will let you know what is possible.

I will always do my best to help, but delivery dates cannot be guaranteed once a parcel has been handed over to the postal provider.

International delivery

At the moment, CraftyBabs only ships within the United Kingdom.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your parcel has not arrived after a reasonable time, please contact me at barbara.pek@libero.it with your order number and I will look into it.
