This website is operated by CraftyBabs. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Products

CraftyBabs creates handmade knitted wire art, including personalised name signs, words, phrases and decorative shapes.

Each item is handmade, so small variations in shape, size, colour placement or finish may occur. This is part of the handmade nature of the product.

Colours may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting and device display.

Personalised orders

Please check all personalisation details carefully before placing your order. This includes spellings, names, dates, wording and colour choices.

CraftyBabs will make your item using the details provided at checkout.

If you notice an error after ordering, please contact me as soon as possible. I may be able to amend the order if making has not yet started.

Turnaround time

All items are handmade to order.

Current turnaround time is 5–7 working days before dispatch, unless stated otherwise.

During busy periods, turnaround time may be longer. Any current turnaround information shown on the website should be checked before ordering.

Delivery

Delivery is available within the United Kingdom.

Delivery times begin after your item has been handmade and dispatched.

CraftyBabs is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, incorrect addresses or circumstances outside my control.

Use of products

CraftyBabs products are decorative items only.

They are not toys and should be kept out of reach of babies and young children. They may contain wire, yarn, pins, string or small parts depending on the product.

Customers are responsible for displaying and securing items safely.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in British Pounds Sterling.

Payment must be made at checkout before an order is processed.

Orders

CraftyBabs reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if necessary, for example if personalisation is inappropriate, unclear, not possible to make, or if there is an issue with payment or stock availability.

Returns and refunds

Personalised and custom-made items cannot usually be returned unless they arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect.
